Black Sabbath's ninth studio album 'Heaven And Hell' just completed 34 years. The band was going through a bad phase then. Ozzy Osbourne was just replaced and Iommi was contemplating another band (not Sabbath continuation), Bill Ward was on his way out of the band.
Heaven and Hell became the third Sabbath studio album to attain Silver Certification (Nov, 1980), it attained Gold Certification in April 1982. Remains the only Black Sabbath studio album to be thus certified.
